1. Return Policy Overview

At Dastoor Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

2. Return Eligibility

Time Frame

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Eligible Items

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products not purchased from our official website
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@bite.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked
  5. Ship the package to the address provided

4. Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item returned in a condition different from original
  • Missing accessories or parts
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product in a different variant (flavor, size, etc.) if the item is available. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Specify the variant you'd like to exchange for
  3. We'll ship the new item once we receive your return

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:

  1. Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Subscription Orders: Return shipping is covered for first-time subscriptions

8. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy from the date of delivery.

9. International Returns

For international orders, please contact our customer service team for specific return instructions. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
